On a private ceremony in Munich, Mr. Karl-Adolf Falter received the diploma of an honorary member of iarigai.
Mrs. Helene Juhola, accompanied by Professor Nils Enlund and Dr. Mladen Lovrecek, Secretary General, delivered this mark of appreciation to Mr. Falter for his devoted service in the Association as Secretary General from 1996 to 2003.
Mr. Falter, who is recovering at his home in Munich, due to health reasons, could not have attended the conference in Leipzig in September 2006, when five former officials of iarigai were proclaimed as honorary members of the Association.
