Articles of Association
iarigai is organized and managed according to the Articles of Association, approved by the General Meeting, in September 1997,
with amendments adopted in 2003.
Present Articles will be replaced with the new basic document, approved by the General Assembly in Leipzig on 12 September 2006.
The new Articles will come into effect at the begining of 2007.
