Mr. André Dion is the actual CEO of the Quebec Institute of Graphic Communications, an integrated innovation and expertise center, based in Montreal. Prior to the Institute, he has been working 20 years in the printing industry.

He was Regional vice-President  of the Specialty group responsible of many printing plants, mainly sheetfed and digital printing operations, in Canada and Mexico.

During his career, he has been working on new products development, digital printing and print-on demand strategies, and business acquisitions. Mr. Dion hold a licence in Business management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal. He has been, for three years, President of Transtech, the network of the 31 college technology Transfer center of Quebec.

André Dion was elected as the member of the iarigai Board in September 2003.
