Anne Blayo graduated from the French Engineering School of Papermaking and Printing (EFPG) in 1988 and received her Ph.D. at the National Polytechnique Institute of Grenoble in 1994. Since then she has been working in Grenoble INP Pagora (formerly EFPG) as a teacher and researcher. She is currently the head of the Print Media Department at Grenoble INP Pagora.

Co-author of around 50 papers in scientific and technical publications, her areas of research include: printing inks (chemical composition, physico-chemical and rheological properties), color-related studies. new applications of printing processes (micro-electronics, functional inks).

Dr. Blayo was serving as the member of the Board from 2004 until 2011, when she was elected as the president of iarigai.
